The amendments to the Department of Transportation’s Air Carrier Access Act that became effective on January 11th, 2021, means that not all airlines will recognize emotional support animals. We plead with our customers to acknowledge these select airlines. Selecting an airline that does not support emotional support animals will lead to no refunds.

Return and Refund Policies

Keep in mind that each Registration Certificate and Animal ID card is specifically made for your order, so we won’t issue refunds related to those items. In case your provided information for the certificate or ID card was improperly transcribed, then we will replace the improper item without any additional cost. In case that one of our products are found to be mishandled upon receiving our package, please contact us for replacement, as we are strongly behind the quality of our product. If you buy a product and choose to initiate a return the product for a full refund, given that the product is unopened and not mishandled, a full refund will be issued only within a 30-day period from date of your receipt of the order (please note the refund amount will exclude the cost of the custom made for you Registration Certificate and Animal ID card).

Concerning refunds for ESA letters, if you purchase an ESA Letter only and get rejected by a therapist for the letter, you will receive a 100% refund. If you purchased a package that contains the ESA letter and other products, you will only receive a refund for the cost of the letter and no refund for the products you purchased. If you receive your ESA letter and what you purchased, there is no refund for issued ESA letters unless you provide a denial letter from your housing.
